Assess the Digital IQ in your company by interviewing the key people involved in the digital transformation initiative. Conduct a 90 minute training session with the core team to help them gain a good understanding of what digital transformation is all about.
Identify and prioritize key challenges which you and your team intend to overcome via Digital Transformation. Identify and document the core value proposition of your company.
Audit existing business processes in your company. Design and document changes (if any) required in them to facilitate digital transformation.
Design and document new business processes to facilitate digital transformation.
Design and document a concise list of reports and dashboards that shall help you and your team attain seamless business insight.
Identify digital tools that will help you overcome the key challenges highlighted while deriving the cultural and strategic perspective.
Design and document customizations required in the said tools such that they seamlessly blend with the processes identified while deriving the operations perspective and also deliver on the reports and dashboards identified while deriving the analytics perspective.
Design and document a detailed implementation plan to develop and deploy the customizations finalized while deriving the technical perspective. Design and document a training calendar to train your people as and when the implementation progresses. The method of implementation will be Agile.
